Refund Policy

At CEO Movement, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and investment in all of our products. To ensure you are happy with your purchase at CEO Movement, please review our refund policies for our products and services below:

MEMBERSHIP AND/OR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Month 1: 14-Day ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Policy - ​Initial Membership and/or Subscription payments may be cancelled and refunded at anytime within 14 days of initial purchase, and you will not be billed again.

Month 2+ Cancellation Policy: Once a subscription has passed its rebill period (ie. been charged), that payment becomes non-refundable. It is up to you, the buyer, to cancel your subscription BEFORE it rebills as you have the whole billing period to cancel it if needed. Membership products may be cancelled at any time with written notice to our support desk and you will not be billed further.

If you have any questions or problems, or in the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, please let us know by contacting our support team at support@ceomovement.com.

To cancel your account or refund a product according to the terms outlined please forward your receipt emailed to you at time of purchase, to our support team at support@ceomovement.com. We will review your information and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm on the 14th day following your purchase. No refund requests will be granted more than 14 days following the date of purchase.

NON-SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

​Non-Subscription Products offered and sold with a 7 day money back guarantee. At anytime within 7 calendar days of being charged, you may request a refund of your purchase price and it will be honored no questions asked. After 7 days there are no refunds.

NON-SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Unless otherwise noted on the relevant sales pages, non-subscription products and services rendered are not refundable – this includes coaching, marketing, event recordings, one-time purchase digital & physical products, web design, events/seminars, beta test groups, and speaking. All sales involving coaching, seminars, tele-classes, webinar classes and speaking are not refundable. Proprietary software is non refundable because of the nature and sensitivity of the product. See the relevant product sales pages for information. Membership products may be cancelled at any time with written notice to our support desk and you will not be billed further.

Before Requesting A Refund, Please Review The Following Items:

Download Issues: We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: lack of access to internet browser, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity. If you have computer problems that prevent you from downloading the product, CEO Movement recommends that you contact the support desk for your browser provider, as CEO Movement ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.

Product Not-As-Described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of free webinars, video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the products offered before making a purchase.

Bank Chargeback Abuse Policy: You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to any purchase and instead abide by the refund procedures outlined above. In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution in our favor of the chargeback by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA or MASTERCARD, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in our discretion in good faith.

In the event that a chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing and in our sole discretion. The information reported in accordance with international and local laws includes name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible to use (any of) your credit card(s) on future purchases with us and other merchants.

Refund Forfeiture: Downloading of any proprietary content from CEO Movement forfeits your right to request a refund.
